Can I work with you remotely?
Yes. We work with clients both remotely and in person, so location isn't a barrier — documents, signatures, and meetings can all happen online.
How do I share my documents — and is it secure?
Through our secure client portal, never email. For a first conversation, last year's return and a sense of your situation is plenty; we'll tell you exactly what's needed once the work is scoped.
How long does a return take?
It depends on the work and the time of year — we'll give you a realistic turnaround once we see what's involved. Earlier is always better, and if a deadline is close, an extension is a normal, safe option.
Why use a CPA instead of tax software?
Software is fine for simple situations. A CPA earns its keep when things get less simple — a business, multiple states, equity comp, a life change, an IRS notice — and in the planning that lowers next year's bill, not just reporting last year's.
What does it cost?
Pricing is engagement-specific — a single return, ongoing bookkeeping, and a fractional-CFO arrangement are very different scopes. You'll get a clear scope and fee up front, before any work starts.
Do you do more than taxes?
Yes — alongside tax, we keep books, run payroll, and handle advisory and CFO work, so the whole financial picture sits with one team that knows your numbers year-round.
How do I get started?
Start with a no-obligation consultation. There's no commitment to book it, and it's the best way to get a clear scope and fee for whatever you need.
